Terms and Conditions

"Be in to win a summer getaway worth $2K*" competition: October 21 - November 2 2025

1. Promoter
Clean Collective Limited (“Clean Collective”, “Promoter”), New Zealand. This promotion is administered in New Zealand only.

2. Eligibility
a. Open to NZ residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
b. Employees, contractors, and immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies are ineligible.
c. Accounts suspected of spam, fake, bot, bulk-tag or otherwise manipulative behaviour may be disqualified.

3. Promotion Period
Entries open from the time the Instagram post is published and close 11:50pm NZT on 2 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries outside the Promotion Period are invalid.

4. How to Enter (Instagram only)
a. Follow @cleancollectiveofficial on Instagram; and
b. Comment on the promotional post, tagging the mates you’d take on your summer getaway.
c. Multiple entries permitted: each separate, eligible comment during the Promotion Period counts as one (1) entry. No purchase necessary.
d. Entries must comply with Instagram’s terms and community guidelines.

5. Prize & Value
a. One (1) winner will receive a “Summer Getaway” prize pack valued at NZD $2,000 (incl. GST), comprising:
• $250 petrol voucher
• $500 supermarket voucher
• $1,250 accommodation voucher
b. No alcohol is included in this prize.
c. Vouchers are subject to issuer/merchant terms (including any category restrictions, booking/blackout dates, and expiry). Vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
d. All other costs are the winner’s responsibility (e.g., travel, transfers, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, spending money).

6. Responsible Messaging
Clean Collective supports responsible choices. Consume alcohol responsibly—don’t drink and drive. Arrange a sober driver or alternative transport. The prize is designed to be enjoyed safely and does not include alcohol.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Safety
a. Entrants must not engage in any illegal, unsafe, dishonest or disruptive conduct to create or submit entries. Prohibited conduct includes (without limitation): use of bots, scripts or automated tools; tag-spamming; multiple/impersonation accounts; harassment or offensive content; trespass, property damage or dangerous activities; unsafe driving or using a phone while driving; encouraging intoxication or drink-driving.
b. The Promoter may moderate, remove or disqualify any entry that breaches these T&Cs or Instagram rules, or that the Promoter reasonably considers unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Draw & Winner Notification
a. A random draw will be conducted on 3 November 2025.
b. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @cleancollectiveofficial only. Beware of fake accounts.
c. The winner must respond within 7 days and may be required to provide full name, email, delivery details, and valid proof of age (18+). If not claimed in time (or if eligibility checks fail), the prize may be redrawn.
d. With consent, the Promoter may publicly announce the winner’s first name/Instagram handle.

9. Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these T&Cs, or submits offensive/unsafe content.

10. Liability
a. Nothing in these T&Cs limits, excludes or modifies any rights you may have that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded (including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986).
b. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies, officers, employees and agencies are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, injury or death suffered in connection with the promotion or any prize, including arising from acts/omissions of third-party providers, lost/misdirected entries, network failures, or event disruptions.
c. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, the Promoter’s total liability to any entrant is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law (for example, up to the value of the prize awarded, if any). Entrants are responsible for their own safety, compliance with laws, and travel/insurance decisions.

11. Changes, Cancellation & Substitution
If the prize (or any part) becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if reasonably required (e.g., for technical issues or events beyond its control), subject to applicable laws.

12. Privacy
Personal information is collected to administer the promotion, contact the winner, and deliver the prize. Data will be handled in accordance with the Clean Collective Privacy Policy. Entrants will not be added to marketing lists unless they opt in. Entrants may request access to or correction of their information by contacting the Promoter.

13. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram/Meta from any liability arising from the promotion and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

14. General
a. Entries must comply with Instagram community guidelines and NZ law.
b. Any taxes or reporting obligations are the winner’s responsibility.
c. Governing law: New Zealand.
d. By entering this promotion, entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
