1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Clean Collective Limited of 55b Beresford Street, Bayswater, in association with Liquorland Leith Street Dunedin located at 233 Leith St North Dunedin.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 12:01am NZDT on 10 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 19 April 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3.Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over only.
To be eligible, entrants must:
purchase any Clean Collective product from Liquorland Leith Street Dunedin during the Promotion Period; and
complete the entry process by uploading a valid receipt via the QR code/form provided.
Employees, contractors, franchisees, agencies, and immediate family members of the Promoter, Clean Collective, Liquorland Leith Street Dunedin, and any parties associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
4.How to Enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must during the Promotion Period:
purchase any Clean Collective product from Liquorland Leith Street Dunedin;
scan the QR code linked to the promotion entry form; and
submit all required details, including a copy/photo of the valid purchase receipt.
The receipt must clearly show:
the retailer as Liquorland Leith Street Dunedin;
the qualifying Clean Collective purchase; and
the date of purchase within the Promotion Period.
5. Entry Rules
One entry per valid receipt.
Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is submitted separately and is supported by a separate valid receipt.
Incomplete, illegible, altered, fraudulent, duplicated, bulk, scripted or otherwise non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
Entrants must retain the original receipt as proof of purchase. The Promoter may require sighting of the original receipt before awarding the prize.
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won: NZD $1,000 cash.
The total prize pool is NZD $1,000.
No alcohol is included in this prize.
7. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received. The draw will take place on 20 April 2026.
The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on entry by phone and/or email within 5 business days of the draw.
The winner’s first name, surname initial, and/or suburb may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels for the purpose of announcing the winner.
9. Prize Claim
If the winner:
cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;
is found to be ineligible;
does not provide proof of age, identity, or purchase when requested; or
does not claim the prize within 14 days of first contact,
the Promoter may deem the prize forfeited and conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.
10. Redraw
If required, a redraw will take place on 4 May 2026 . The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.
11. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age, residence, and proof of purchase, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is misleading, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
12. No Transfer or Exchange
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
13.Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, Clean Collective, Liquorland Leith Street Dunedin, and their related companies, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or personal injury suffered or incurred in connection with this promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Technical Issues
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or undelivered entries, or for any technical malfunction, network failure, or system error that may affect entry or prize notification.
15. Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
16.Personal Information
By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter may collect, hold, and use their personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and prize fulfillment.
