1.1 The promoter is Clean Collective Limited (the Promoter) of 55b Beresford Street, Bayswater Auckland, Auckland 0622, New Zealand.
1.2 In these Terms and Conditions (Terms), “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Promoter and “you” and “your” refer to an eligible entrant.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 The following people are not eligible to enter:
a. Employees, directors and officers of the Promoter;
b. Employees of agencies or companies directly involved in the Promotion (including retailers and suppliers) and their immediate families (spouse/partner, parents, children and siblings); and
c. Any person who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached these Terms or tampered with the Promotion in any way.
2.3 By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Promotion Period starts at 12:00pm (midday) NZT on Wednesday 12 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm NZT on Sunday 7 December 2025 (or such other end date as updated here before the Promotion commences).
3.2 All qualifying purchases must be made and (where applicable) submitted during the Promotion Period. Purchases or entries made before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. Participating Products and Stockists
4.1 The Promotion applies to purchases of Clean Collective Energy 330ml cans in any flavour sold in New Zealand (Eligible Products).
4.2 For the purposes of these Terms, “can” means one (1) Clean Collective Energy 330ml can.
4.3 Eligible Products must be purchased from either:
a. Participating stockists in New Zealand (in-store or via their online channels) that sell Clean Collective Energy (Participating Stockists); and/or
b. The Promoter’s official website at https://cleancollective.co.nz/ (Promoter Website).
4.4 A current list of Participating Stockists may be published at https://cleancollective.co.nz/pages/store-locator. The Promoter may update this list during the Promotion Period.
5. How to Enter
5.1 Entry via Participating Stockists (receipt upload)
To earn entries via a Participating Stockist, you must during the Promotion Period:
a. Purchase at least one (1) Eligible Product (330ml can) in a single transaction from a Participating Stockist (in-store or online); and
b. Visit the Promotion page at https://cleancollective.co.nz/pages/competition and complete the online entry form by:
providing your full name, email address, contact phone number and any other mandatory details requested; and
uploading a clear image or PDF of your purchase receipt or tax invoice showing the retailer name, date of purchase, time (if available), products purchased (including the Eligible Product(s)) and transaction total.
c. Submit the form as instructed.
Each qualifying stockist purchase must be supported by a separate valid receipt upload.
5.2 Entry via the Promoter Website
To earn entries via the Promoter Website, you must during the Promotion Period:
a. Purchase at least one (1) Eligible Product via the Promoter Website using your own account or checkout details; and
b. Complete checkout in full (including payment). No separate receipt upload is required for these purchases, as entries will be allocated based on qualifying purchase data recorded by the Promoter.
For clarity, on the Promoter Website, Eligible Products are currently available only as multi-packs of eight (8) or twelve (12) 330ml cans.
5.3 Number of Entries
5.3.1 Purchases from Participating Stockists (receipt uploads)
For purchases made at Participating Stockists (in-store or online) where you upload a valid receipt under clause 5.1: You will receive ten (10) entries for every Eligible Product (can) purchased in that transaction and shown on the uploaded receipt.
Where an Eligible Product is sold as a multi-pack at a Participating Stockist (for example a 4-pack)
The number of entries equals the number of cans in the pack multiplied by ten (10).
Examples:
Purchase 4 individual cans in a single transaction at a Participating Stockist and upload the receipt: 4 cans × 10 entries per can = 40 entries.
Purchase one (1) 4-pack of 330ml cans at a Participating Stockist and upload the receipt: 4 cans × 10 entries per can = 40 entries.
Purchase two (2) 4-packs (8 cans total) and upload the receipt: 8 cans × 10 entries per can = 80 entries.
Each receipt can only be used once for the purposes of this Promotion. Duplicate receipts, or multiple entries submitted using the same receipt, may be rejected at the Promoter’s discretion.
5.3.2 Purchases from the Promoter Website (online store)
For purchases made on the Promoter Website during the Promotion Period:
You will receive one (1) entry for each 330ml can of Clean Collective Energy purchased.
As noted in clause 5.2, Eligible Products are currently available on the Promoter Website only as multi-packs of eight (8) or twelve (12) 330ml cans. Accordingly:
Purchase one (1) 8-pack of 330ml cans from the Promoter Website: 8 cans × 1 entry per can = 8 entries.
Purchase one (1) 12-pack of 330ml cans from the Promoter Website: 12 cans × 1 entry per can = 12 entries.
Purchase two (2) 12-packs (24 cans total) from the Promoter Website: 24 cans × 1 entry per can = 24 entries.
If additional pack sizes or individual cans are made available on the Promoter Website during the Promotion Period, entries will continue to be calculated on a “per can” basis in accordance with this clause.
5.3.3 General
5.3.3 There is no maximum number of entries per person, provided each entry is based on a separate, valid qualifying purchase and complies with these Terms.
5.3.4 For clarity, whenever these Terms refer to entries being allocated “per can”, this means per individual 330ml can of Clean Collective Energy, whether sold singly or as part of a multi-pack.
6. Weekly Prize Draws – $1,000 Cash
6.1 There will be four (4) Weekly Prize Draws, each for one (1) prize of NZD $1,000 cash (Weekly Prize).
6.2 The Weekly Prize Draws will be conducted at approximately 12:00pm NZT on each of the following dates:
Monday 17 November 2025
Monday 24 November 2025
Monday 1 December 2025
Monday 8 December 2025
6.3 Each Weekly Prize Draw will include all valid entries received during the 7-day period ending at 11:59pm NZT on the Sunday immediately before that draw (each a Weekly Entry Period).
For example, the Weekly Prize Draw on Monday 17 November 2025 will include all valid entries received from 12:00pm NZT on Wednesday 12 November 2025 (the start of the Promotion Period) until 11:59pm NZT on Sunday 16 November 2025.
6.4 To be included in a particular Weekly Prize Draw, your qualifying purchase and (where applicable) receipt upload must be completed and received by the Promoter before the end of the relevant Weekly Entry Period.
6.5 In practical terms, to be included in every Weekly Prize Draw, you must make at least one qualifying purchase and entry in each Weekly Entry Period.
6.6 Weekly Prize winners remain eligible for any subsequent Weekly Prize Draws only in respect of new entries they earn from new qualifying purchases during later Weekly Entry Periods, and remain eligible to win the Grand Prize (subject to clause 9.6).
7. Grand Prize Draw – $10,000 Cash
7.1 There will be one (1) grand prize draw for NZD $10,000 cash (Grand Prize).
7.2 The Grand Prize Draw will take place at approximately 12:00pm NZT on Monday 8 December 2025 (or the next business day where that date is a public holiday).
7.3 The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the entire Promotion Period, including entries that have previously won a Weekly Prize (unless otherwise required by law or specified by the relevant licence).
8. Prize Details
8.1 Weekly Prize: Each Weekly Prize consists of NZD $1,000 cash, awarded by electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated New Zealand bank account.
8.2 Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of NZD $10,000 cash, awarded by electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated New Zealand bank account.

8.5 Any applicable taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Determining Winners
9.1 All draws will be conducted by the Promoter (or its authorised agent) using a random selection process, for example by randomised electronic draw or similar method.
9.2 The Promoter may conduct the draws at its offices or at another suitable location within New Zealand.
9.3 The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion, including eligibility, validity of entries, and selection of winners, are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.4 The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, residency and proof of qualifying purchase (including the original receipt) before confirming a winner’s eligibility. If the proof requested is not provided to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction, the entrant may be disqualified and the prize forfeited.
9.5 If a winning entry is found to be invalid or in breach of these Terms, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare that entry invalid and select a replacement winner.
9.6 The same person may win more than one Weekly Prize and may also win the Grand Prize, unless otherwise required by law or specified in a relevant licence. If regulations or licence conditions prohibit multiple wins, the Promoter will redraw as required.
10. Winner Notification & Prize Fulfilment
10.1 Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided on their entry form or associated with their purchase.
10.2 The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner. If a winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, or fails to provide the required details (including valid bank account details) within 10 business days of first notification, the prize may be deemed forfeited and the Promoter may select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
10.3 Prizes will be paid by electronic funds transfer to a New Zealand bank account nominated by the winner, within a reasonable time after the winner has been verified and has provided all information requested by the Promoter.
10.4 Winners may be announced on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels, using first name, initial and/or city/region (e.g., “John D, Auckland”).
11. Receipt and Entry Requirements

12. Responsibility and Liability
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. Any late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted or incorrectly submitted entries, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, transmission interruption, communications failure or any other cause;

12.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable law which cannot be excluded or limited.
12.3 By entering the Promotion, you release and indemnify the Promoter (and its officers, employees, agents and contractors) from and against all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, costs and expenses incurred by any of them arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion or any prize, except to the extent that such liability arises from the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter.
13. Cancellation, Suspension or Variation
13.1 Subject always to applicable laws, any written directions from relevant regulators and any conditions of any required licence, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or vary the Promotion (including, without limitation, the Promotion Period, entry methods, number of prizes or prize values) at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion.
13.2 Where the Promotion is cancelled, suspended, terminated or varied, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to provide notice via the Promotion page and/or its social media channels.

The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on its website.
17. General
17.1 Any attempt to deliberately damage any website, undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion or otherwise cheat or interfere with the Promotion may be a breach of criminal and civil law. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably suspects has acted in this way and may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

6.1 Within a reasonable time after the end of the Promotional Period, the Promoter will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received to determine twenty (20) winners (each a Winner).
6.2 The draw will take place at the offices of the Promoter or at another location nominated by the Promoter.
6.3 Winners will be notified using the contact details provided on entry (e.g. email and/or phone).
6.4 If a Winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or fails to claim the Prize within five (5) business days of the first contact attempt, the Promoter may (at its sole discretion) conduct a further draw to select a replacement winner. The original Winner will have no claim to the Prize once a replacement winner has been drawn.
7. Prize Fulfilment
7.1 Prizes will be sent to each Winner using the delivery details confirmed with the Winner.
7.2 The Promoter and Participating Retailer are not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, damaged or undelivered Prizes, including due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by a Winner.
7.3 Winners may be required to provide proof of age (valid photo ID) and any other reasonably required verification information before a Prize is dispatched.

8.2 If you opt in on the entry form to receive marketing communications, your details may be added to the relevant email database(s) and you may be contacted with news, special offers and other information from the Promoter and/or Participating Retailer. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in those communications.
8.3 All personal information will be handled in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoter’s privacy policy (available on the Promoter’s website).
9. General Conditions
9.1 Entries that are incomplete, incomprehensible, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
9.2 The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter or the Participating Retailer.
9.3 The Promoter may cancel, suspend, terminate or vary the promotion (including the Prizes and these Terms and Conditions) at any time for any reason, subject to any applicable laws and any written directions from a regulatory authority.

(c) any failure of a Winner to receive or use a Prize; or
(d) any loss, damage, claim, injury or death suffered or incurred by any person in connection with entering this promotion, the Prize, or the use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10.2 By entering, you release and indemnify the Promoter and the Participating Retailer (and their officers, employees and agents) from and against any loss, damage, claim, injury, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with your participation in the promotion or acceptance/use of the Prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence or otherwise not permitted by law.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.2 Any photographs, videos or other materials created for promotional purposes remain the property of the Promoter.
12. Social Media & Third Parties
12.1 The promotion may be advertised on social media platforms (such as Facebook or Instagram), but it is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any such third-party platform.
12.2 Entrants release all such platforms from any liability arising in connection with the promotion.
13. Governing Law
