Terms and Conditions

Clean Collective Double Standards Giveaway – August 13 - September 14 2026.

1. Promoter

The promoter of the Clean Collective Double Standards Giveaway (“Promotion”) is Clean Collective Limited (“Clean Collective”, “we”, “us” or the “Promoter”).

Contact: hello@cleancollective.co

2. Promotion

To celebrate the launch of Clean Collective’s new Double range, eligible entrants are invited to tell us their biggest “double standard” for the chance to win one (1) of five (5) Prezzy Cards, each loaded with NZD two hundred dollars ($200).

The Promotion is a free-entry random prize draw.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens when the first promotional email relating to the Promotion is sent by Clean Collective on Thursday 13 August 2026.

Additional promotion and entry opportunities, including Meta lead advertisements and organic sharing of the Promotion entry form, may commence after the Promotion has opened.

Entries close at 11:59pm New Zealand time on Monday 14 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open only to individuals who:

- are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry;

- are ordinarily resident in New Zealand;

- submit a valid entry during the Promotion Period; and

- comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Employees, directors and contractors of Clean Collective, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

Clean Collective may request reasonable evidence of a winner’s identity, age and New Zealand residency before awarding a prize.

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the winner being deemed ineligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter, an eligible entrant must complete an official Clean Collective Promotion entry form made available during the Promotion Period.

Official entry methods may include:

- a Jotform or other online entry form accessed through a Clean Collective promotional email;

- a Jotform or other online entry form shared organically by Clean Collective or through other channels; and

- a Clean Collective lead generation advertisement or form on Facebook or Instagram.

The entrant must provide the information reasonably required on the relevant entry form and provide a response to the question asking them to tell Clean Collective their biggest double standard.

A blank response will not constitute a valid entry.

Where a person who is not already subscribed to the Clean Collective email marketing database enters through the Jotform or another official Clean Collective online entry form, submitting the form will also subscribe that person to Clean Collective email marketing communications in accordance with Section 19.

Entrants who enter through a Clean Collective Meta lead generation form will also be subscribed to Clean Collective email marketing communications in accordance with Section 19.

This marketing subscription will be clearly disclosed on the relevant entry form before the entrant submits their entry.

No purchase or payment is required.

6. Subscriber Email Distribution

Clean Collective may promote the Promotion to selected segments of its subscriber database.

Being subscribed to Clean Collective communications does not guarantee that a person will receive a particular promotional email or invitation.

Clean Collective may determine which subscribers receive promotional communications based on audience segmentation, engagement, deliverability, campaign management, marketing, compliance or other legitimate operational considerations.

Not receiving a promotional email does not give a subscriber any entitlement to receive an entry invitation, compensation or any other benefit.

The Promotion may also be promoted through other channels, including Meta advertising, Clean Collective social media channels and organic sharing of the Promotion entry form.

7. Entry Limit

A maximum of one (1) valid entry per person is permitted during the Promotion Period, regardless of the entry method used.

Entering through more than one form, email address, Meta account or entry channel will not provide additional chances to win.

Where Clean Collective reasonably identifies multiple entries from the same person, only the first valid entry received will be included in the draw.

Automated, bulk, bot-generated or otherwise manipulated entries are prohibited.

8. Entry Content

Each entry must contain a genuine response to the Promotion question.

Entries must not contain content that Clean Collective reasonably considers to be:

- hateful or discriminatory;

- threatening, abusive or harassing;

- obscene or seriously offensive;

- defamatory;

- unlawful;

- encouraging violence or illegal activity; or

- otherwise inappropriate for participation in a Clean Collective promotion.

Clean Collective reserves the right to disqualify an entry that it reasonably considers breaches this section.

Clean Collective’s decision to disqualify an entry on these grounds will be made reasonably and in good faith.

An entrant's particular opinion, humour or point of view will not otherwise affect their chance of winning. The winners will be selected randomly from all valid eligible entries.

9. Use of Entry Content

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge and agree that Clean Collective may reproduce, publish or share their submitted “double standard” on Clean Collective’s social media channels, websites, email communications or other marketing channels.

Any entry content published by Clean Collective under this section will be shared anonymously and will not be accompanied by the entrant’s name, email address, social media handle or other identifying information.

Clean Collective may make minor edits to submitted content for spelling, grammar, clarity, length or formatting, provided those edits do not materially change the meaning of the entrant’s submission.

Clean Collective may also redact or remove information from a submission where reasonably necessary to protect an entrant’s privacy or the privacy of another person.

Submission of an entry does not guarantee that the entry will be published.

Entrants will not be entitled to payment or other compensation if their submitted double standard is published or used by Clean Collective in accordance with this section.

10. Invalid Entries and Misuse

Clean Collective may verify entries and entrant eligibility.

Clean Collective may disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes that:

- the entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements;

- false, incomplete or misleading information has been provided;

- the entry has been submitted using automated, fraudulent or improper means;

- an entrant has attempted to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;

- an entrant has manipulated or interfered with the Promotion or its entry systems;

- the entry breaches Section 8; or

- the entrant has otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.

11. Determining the Winners

Following the close of the Promotion, all valid eligible entries will be combined into a single prize pool regardless of whether the entry was received through Jotform, Meta lead forms or another official entry method.

Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.

The random draw will be conducted by Clean Collective using a fair random selection method.

Each valid entrant will have an equal chance of being selected.

Each person may win a maximum of one (1) prize.

If the same person is inadvertently selected more than once, a further random draw will be conducted to select another winner until five (5) different eligible winners have been selected.

The content or perceived quality of an entrant's double standard will not be judged when determining the winners, provided the entry otherwise meets these Terms and Conditions.

12. Draw Date

The draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the close of the Promotion and no later than Monday 21 September 2026.

13. Winner Notification

Each winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their entry.

Clean Collective may contact a winner by email, telephone, Meta message or another reasonable method depending on the information supplied through the relevant entry form.

A winner must respond to Clean Collective within five (5) business days of the first notification and provide any information reasonably required to confirm their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.

Clean Collective will never require a winner to make a payment in order to claim their prize.

14. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner:

- cannot reasonably be contacted;

- does not respond within five (5) business days of notification;

- declines the prize;

- cannot establish their eligibility; or

- is subsequently found to have breached these Terms and Conditions,

Clean Collective may deem that winner to have forfeited the prize.

Clean Collective may then conduct another random draw from the remaining valid eligible entries to select a replacement winner.

The same verification and notification process will apply to any replacement winner.

15. Prizes

There are five (5) prizes available.

Each winner will receive:

One (1) Prezzy Card loaded with NZD two hundred dollars ($200).

The total prize pool is NZD one thousand dollars ($1,000).

The prize does not include alcohol.

Any costs incurred by Clean Collective in purchasing, loading or delivering the Prezzy Card do not reduce the NZD two hundred dollar ($200) value loaded onto the winner's card.

16. Prezzy Card Conditions

Prezzy Cards are third-party products and are subject to the applicable terms, conditions, expiry dates, usage restrictions and other requirements imposed by the issuer of the Prezzy Card.

Winners are responsible for familiarising themselves with and complying with those conditions.

Prezzy Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash by Clean Collective.

Clean Collective is not responsible for a lost, stolen, damaged or expired Prezzy Card after it has been successfully supplied to the winner, except to the extent required by law.

If a Prezzy Card becomes unavailable for reasons outside Clean Collective's reasonable control, Clean Collective may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

Prezzy Card and its associated brands and trademarks are owned by their respective owners.

The issuer or operator of Prezzy Card is not a sponsor, promoter or administrator of, and is not otherwise associated with, this Promotion.

17. Prize Delivery

Clean Collective will arrange delivery of each prize to the relevant winner using the contact or delivery details supplied by that winner.

Where a physical prize is supplied, delivery will be limited to a New Zealand address unless Clean Collective agrees otherwise.

Clean Collective will meet the standard cost of delivering the prize to the winner.

Winners are responsible for ensuring that the contact and delivery information supplied to Clean Collective is accurate.

18. Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion may include an entrant's name, email address, contact details, eligibility information and Promotion response.

This information will be collected and used by Clean Collective for purposes including:

- administering the Promotion;

- recording and validating entries;

- detecting duplicate, fraudulent or invalid entries;

- conducting the random draw;

- contacting and verifying winners;

- delivering prizes;

- subscribing entrants to Clean Collective marketing communications where applicable under Section 19;

- sending marketing communications where the entrant has provided the applicable consent; and

- complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Entry information may be collected or processed using third-party service providers including Jotform and Meta.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Clean Collective's Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.

Entrants may request access to or correction of personal information held about them in accordance with applicable law.

19. Marketing Communications

By entering the Promotion through a Clean Collective Meta lead generation form on Facebook or Instagram, the entrant agrees to be subscribed to the Clean Collective email marketing database.

Where an entrant enters through a Clean Collective Jotform or other official online Promotion entry form and is not already subscribed to the Clean Collective email marketing database, submitting the entry form will also subscribe that entrant to the Clean Collective email marketing database.

By submitting an entry through either of these entry methods, the entrant agrees to receive marketing and promotional communications from Clean Collective by email, including communications about Clean Collective products, promotions, offers, competitions and news.

The fact that submission of the relevant entry form also results in subscription to Clean Collective marketing communications will be clearly disclosed to the entrant before they submit the form.

Entrants who are already subscribed to the Clean Collective email marketing database will remain subject to their existing marketing subscription preferences.

Entrants may unsubscribe from Clean Collective marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility contained in Clean Collective marketing emails.

Unsubscribing after a valid entry has been submitted will not invalidate the entrant's entry into the Promotion or affect their eligibility to win a prize.

Personal information collected for marketing purposes will be handled in accordance with Clean Collective's Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand law.

20. Meta Disclaimer

Where the Promotion is advertised or administered using Facebook or Instagram, entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

Entrants acknowledge that information submitted through a Clean Collective Meta lead form is being provided to Clean Collective for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Facebook, Instagram and Meta from responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the Promotion.

21. Technical Issues

Clean Collective is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, incorrectly submitted or not received because of circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

- internet or network outages;

- email delivery failures;

- spam or filtering systems;

- Jotform outages or errors;

- Meta platform outages or errors;

- device or browser issues; or

- other technical failures.

Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an entry does not necessarily constitute proof that a valid entry was successfully received.

22. Suspension, Modification or Cancellation

Clean Collective may suspend, modify, extend, terminate or cancel the Promotion where it reasonably considers this necessary because of circumstances that materially affect the fair, lawful or proper administration of the Promotion.

Such circumstances may include:

- technical failures or system errors;

- fraud, manipulation or interference;

- a material error in the Promotion or promotional material;

- a legal or regulatory requirement;

- platform restrictions or failures;

- events outside Clean Collective's reasonable control; or

- circumstances that materially compromise the fairness, security or integrity of the Promotion.

Clean Collective will not cancel or materially alter the Promotion merely to avoid awarding the advertised prizes.

Where reasonably practicable, any material suspension, amendment or cancellation will be communicated through an appropriate Clean Collective channel.

Where the Promotion is cancelled after valid entries have been received, Clean Collective will, where reasonably practicable and lawful, determine an appropriate and fair treatment of those entries having regard to the circumstances of the cancellation.

Any modification, suspension or cancellation will be subject to applicable New Zealand law.

23. Fair Administration

Clean Collective will administer the Promotion fairly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Clean Collective's decisions regarding eligibility, validity of entries, the draw and administration of the Promotion will be final, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions permits Clean Collective to exercise a discretion in a manner that would be unlawful, misleading or unfair.

24. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Collective will not be responsible for loss, damage, delay or failure arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control in connection with the Promotion.

25. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

26. Acceptance

By submitting an entry into the Promotion, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
