1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Clean Collective Limited (the “Promoter”).
2. Competition Period
The competition opens on 15 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm New Zealand Time (NZT) on 15 November 2026 (the “Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
Entry is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may be excluded from entering at the Promoter’s discretion.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, eligible participants must complete and submit either:
The competition lead form available through the Promoter’s Meta lead advertisement; or
The competition entry form hosted through Jotform, which will be made available on the Promoter’s website and shared through the Promoter’s email marketing communications.
Entries must be submitted during the Competition Period. Participants must complete all required fields and provide accurate information for their entry to be valid.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted, regardless of the email address used or the entry method. Submitting multiple entries using different email addresses or through different entry methods will not entitle a participant to additional entries or increase their chances of winning. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify duplicate entries where identified. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to identify duplicate entries but cannot guarantee that all duplicate entries will be detected.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry is free.
Participants who are not already subscribed to the Promoter’s email marketing database will be subscribed to receive the Promoter’s email marketing communications upon entering the competition. This requirement will be clearly disclosed at the point of entry. Participants who are already subscribed will remain subscribed unless they choose to unsubscribe.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. Unsubscribing will not affect the validity of an entry already received.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, platform outages or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All entries and responses must be lawful, respectful and appropriate. Entries must not contain offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of any third party. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these requirements or that it considers inappropriate, at its reasonable discretion.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) NZ$2,000 Flight Centre travel voucher.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any additional costs associated with using the prize, including costs exceeding the voucher value, are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize is subject to any applicable terms and conditions imposed by Flight Centre.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
The winner must respond to the Promoter within five (5) calendar days of being notified. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and conduct a redraw to select an alternative winner.
Any alternative winner will be subject to the same notification and response requirements.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the winner is final, subject to applicable law.
7. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any participant arising from or in connection with the competition or acceptance or use of the prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable New Zealand law.
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8. Privacy and Email Marketing
Personal information collected through the competition entry forms will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner, arrange delivery of the prize and, where applicable, send the Promoter’s email marketing communications.
Participants who are not already subscribed to the Promoter’s email marketing database will be subscribed as described in Section 4. This requirement will be disclosed at the point of entry. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoter’s applicable privacy policy.
The Promoter may use participants’ responses to the question “Tell us where paradise is for you” for promotional or marketing purposes through the Promoter’s marketing channels, where applicable.
9. Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility in connection with this promotion.

Customers can purchase one eligible Clean Collective Thirsty Cap or beanie for $10 (normally $24.99) with any purchase made through cleancollective.co.nz.
1. To redeem the offer, customers must add their chosen eligible Thirsty Cap or beanie to their cart along with another product.
2. The offer is limited to one discounted cap or beanie per order.
3. The offer is subject to availability and only applies while stocks last. Styles, colours and sizes available may vary.
4. Clean Collective reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
5. The $10 promotional price applies only when the eligible merchandise is purchased as part of an order containing another product and does not apply when merchandise is purchased on its own.

1. Promoter
This competition is promoted by Clean Collective, in partnership with Liquor Centre Waipapa (“Promoters”).
2. Promotion Period
The competition opens on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. How to Enter
To enter, eligible customers must:
Purchase any Clean Collective product from Liquor Centre Waipapa during the Promotion Period; and
Complete an official competition entry form in store with the required details.
Each completed entry form constitutes one entry into the competition.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older who make an eligible purchase during the Promotion Period and complete the competition entry form in store.
Employees of Clean Collective and Liquor Centre Waipapa, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won.
The prize is one (1) $200 Prezzy® Card, with a total prize value of NZ$200.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place after the competition closes.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on their entry form.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the first attempted contact, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw the prize and select another eligible entrant.
7. General Conditions
The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, extend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary.
The Promoters' decision regarding the competition and selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable New Zealand law.

Personal information collected through the competition entry form will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.
